What to Expect: Agile Methodology
The Agile Methodology breaks technology needs into small, manageable tasks. This has many benefits. Since development cycles are much shorter, it allows you to change your development priorities as your business priorities change. It also allows a certain modularity in your systems, so you can add features when you need them. The turnaround time is also faster. Because you can prioritize tasks more effectively, you will have a functional system up and running and producing results faster than traditional methodologies.

Business Analysis
Initially, we will meet with you to get a basic understanding of your business and your current technology needs. We will also make suggestions to further leverage technology to strengthen your business. All ideas and needs will be broken into individual tasks and placed in a backlog. A rough time and cost estimate will be associated with them to help you prioritize your needs.

Design
For each cycle you will decide which three or four tasks that should be implemented first. We will ask you for detailed specifications of how those tasks should work. Once the tasks are fully understood, we will present you with a final estimate. It is important to full describe how the task should work initially because any change in the specifications of the task could result in a change of the cost.

Development And Implementation
Once we receive payment of 50% of the estimate, we will begin work on the tasks and keep you up to date on the progress. When the work is completed for the tasks, we will demonstrate the changes to you for acceptance or further modification. When the task is accepted, it will be deployed to production and we can move on to the next task.

Cycle
This cycle will continue until all the tasks you want completed are finished. As your business grows and you discover new needs, we can create new cycles. Because your needs are broken into small, manageable tasks, it is easy to pivot into new directions early, which saves money.
