Dyess Software does not collect, store, or share any personal data from the people who use our apps. This policy applies to our iPhone, iPad, and Mac apps, including Sleep Sounds, Sleep Songs, and their Lite versions.

Data we collect

None. Our apps do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, usage data, or any other information. They contain no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking tools. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Data on your device

Your settings, favorites, and saved sound mixes stay on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, Apple may sync them between your own devices using iCloud. That data is kept in your iCloud account, is managed by Apple, and is not available to us.

Purchases

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment information.

Messages you send us

If you use the contact form on this website or email us, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to send, and we use it only to reply to you.

Children

Because our apps do not collect any data, they collect no personal information from children either.
